Walking Life cover Walking Life: Meditations on the Pilgrimage of Life is a book of meditations illustrated with photos from our pilgrimage walks. It asks us to meditate on how we are walking through your life. It is about walking one step at a time and the quality of our walk and what we can do to improve that walk. Inspired by several long walks in Spain along the Camino de Santiago and its companion, the Via de la Plata, Walking Life considers lessons learned throughout life and reinforced during these walks and applies them to our daily walk through life, our pilgrimage from birth to death and beyond. It asks questions and suggests meditations to help improve that walk.

You can take Walking Life along with you on your retreat or meditate with it under a tree. Walking Life is at its best when you read it slowly meditating on one page at a time, even one page a day, and consider how that page fits into your life, how you can apply its spirit to where you are in the world today.

Each question and reflection is accompanied by a photo taking somewhere along the walk of my life. Each photo can itself serve as a stepping off place for your meditation independent of the text. The book

Walking Life is a perfect bound (soft cover) book with 53 pages and 24 illustrations. There are two printed versions: one with color interior pictures and another with black and white (grey) interior. Both have full color covers. The color version costs $18.45 plus postage. The grey version costs $10.98 plus postage.

Walking Life also is available in color eBook and PDF formats and grey version in a PDF format. All cost $4.99.
