What's New?

As I make changes to this Pilgrimage Creations site, I'll try to list the changes on this page so you can see quickly what has changed. When it is reasonable, I'll include a link to the change or new page.

• 16 May 13 – Added a section on Snow and winter walking to the Some Thoughts for your Camino page. Also added a list of topics on that page after the introductory paragraph.
• 15 May 13 – Published May Newsletter.
• 9 May 2013 – Changed Walking with Awareness Walking Classes schedule to indicate Petra is away in May and classes will begin again in June.

• 9 May 2013 – Removed announcements for Early Bird Special for Finding your Camino Rhythms since special ended April 30.
• 17 April 13 – Updated Site Map page to reflect changes and additions since 9 March.
• 17 April 13 – Added option on Walking Class page asking where registrant learned about the walking class.
• 7 April 13 – Published April Newsletter.
• 4 April 13 – Added Google map links to Walking with Awareness Walking Classes page class location.
• 1 April 13 – Added new Walking with Awareness Walking Classes page and option tabs on Our Offerings tab of menus. Also added associated registration and payment pages.
• 1 April 13 – Payment page is now generic. That is, it works for all payments to Pilgrimage Creations. Changed links on Finding your Camino Rhythms pages to point to new Payments page. Removed old Finding your Camino Rhythms Payment page. Added After Payment page to be displayed after customer returns from payment at PayPal.
• 1 April 13 – Added a "Make a Payment to us" option on the Our Offerings Tab on the drop-down menus. It links to the Payments page. This allows users to use the Payments page to pay easily for anything they purchase from us.
• 8 Mar 13 – Added an explanation of the menus to the site menu. Also added a Site Map tab below Home page.
• 15 Feb 13 – I just discovered that I never built a link to the pictures on the Hennepin and I&M canals in Illinois. I made the page and uploaded it and its pictures but never added a link on the Pictures index page! So today, two and a half years later, you can go from the Picture index page and view the pictures on the Illinois Canals page. I also added the page to the site map.

• 10 Feb 13 – Announced $200 off Early-Bird Special for Finding your Camino Rhythms.
• 10 Feb 13 – Published February Newsletter.
• ~31 Jan – 2 Feb 13 – We changed the menu structure and some of the contents to make our Finding your Camino Rhythms offering clearer to our readers. We also updated the Site Map to reflect these changes.
• 10-17 Jan 13 – Made several minor corrections to the Finding you Camino Rhythms pages including adding counters and banners announcing same on several Camino pages.
• 10 Jan 13 – Added January newsletter and Newsletter entry page as well as menu option for Newsletters under Home.

New for 2013! On Epiphany we had our coming out for a new package. We added Finding your Camino Rhythms to our offerings at Pilgrimage Creations. We will lead pilgrims for their first seven days on the Camino de Santiago and then release them to walk their own Camino. We want to help you find the spiritual, emotional, and physical rhythms that will help make your Camino experience not only rich and joyful but also a path to improving your life. • 6 Jan 13 – The above announcement involved ten new pages and numerous announcements on several pages that normally receive fairly high traffic. I will not list them. The Finding your Camino Rhythms page begins the pilgrimage offering. Use the drop-down menu or the internal menu to navigate the pages. I also updated the site map page to reflect the changes. Then I made several minor changes around the site.
• Late Nov, early Dec 12 – We did a complete change of the layout of Pilgrimage Creations replacing the side menus with drop-down menus on the top at the bottom of random pictures. We also made many minor changes and a few larger ones all around the site. The larger changes are listed separately below under 6 Dec, the day we put all these changes online. Browse around and enjoy the changes. If you have questions or observations, contact us.
• 6 Dec 12 – I put the new pull-down menus and header pictures online.
• 6 Dec 12 –I totally rewrote the pages on my Camino de Levante pilgrimage walk and subsequent wanderings this spring (2012). The new writings include changes on the opening page and an all-new four-page photo journal. These Camino de Levante writings are available under the Our Pilgrimage menu option.
• 6 Dec 12 –We also changed the content of some of the California-to-Jerusalem pages and how you are directed from page to page. These are also under the Our Pilgrimage menu option.
• 6 Dec 12 – We added a Site Map (under the Information menu) of as many pages as we could find.
• 6 Dec 12 – We added a FAQs page (under the Information menu) which still needs considerable fleshing out.
• 15 Sept 12 - Updated Spiritual and practical preparation for walking a pilgrimage page to reflect upcoming web workshops.
• 12 Sept 12 - Changed the menus for the German (Deutsch) section of this site to more accurately direct your movement on the current version of the site. Also added a link to the Deutsch section on the opening banner on the Home page.
• 23 Aug 2012 - Changed Our Books page and host it now on WalkingWithAwareness.com.
• 8 Aug 2012 - Added a quick form to the Contact us page.
• 23 Feb 12 - Updated and modified Some thoughts on your Camino page.

• 22 Feb 12 - Renamed Links page to Resources to more accurately describe contents. Removed non-working links. Beafed up annotations. Added German Alp Clubs and Kompass maps.

• 7 Feb 12 - Added pictures of our Santa Fe home.

• 31 Jan 12 - Changed the name from Walking with Awareness to Pilgrimage Creation but continue to use www.WalkingWithAwareness.com web URL.

• In this time between have made many changes not recorded.

• 15 Dec 08 - Added article from Paso Robles Press, Paso residents walk to Jerusalem.

• 4 Dec 08 - Clarified Germany to Rome book Christmas discounts.

• Periodic - I continue to periodically update the Walking East Journal as we prepare for a 15 Jan 09 departure now.

• 10 Nov 08 - Added We're walking east: California to Jerusalem pages and a bolg to tell all about our walk east that will begin in full with the beginning of the year.

• 3 Oct 08 - Added back cover image and changed availability date for our new Germany to Rome in 64 days: Our Pilgrimage book.

• 27 Sept 08 - Added review of Guida alla Via Francigena and put reviews on separate pages making the Reviews page only an menu list.

• 20 Sept 08 - Added Do it Now a short essay with pictures.

• 5 Sept 08 - Added a Reviews page with an initial review of the Lightfoot Guide to the Via Francigena.
• 5 Sept 08 - Added Germany to Rome in 64 days: Our Pilgrimage book announcemant and added it to list of my books on Books by Mike page and made other minor changes to support this one.
• 5 July 08 - Changed the VF map to a better version.

• 30 March 08 - Bought the url and began to put things together as I split apart WorksAndWords.com into two entities.
